Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the continentalUnited States .

How long until my order arrives?
In-stock items typically arrive in 3–7 business days from the day we ship. Custom and upcycled pieces require 2–4 weeks of production time before shipping; we’ll send tracking once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. If you’re outside the US and interested in our work, please reach out through our Contact page.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please contact us before sending any return for an RA#.

Can I return a custom or up-cycled piece?
Custom, personalized, and up-cycled pieces are final sale due to their one-of-a-kind nature.

Do you make custom or made-to-order leather goods?

Care & Materials

How do I care for my leather goods?
Genuine leather develops character with use — small marks, softening, and a natural patina are part of the story of each piece. To care for yours: keep it dry and avoid prolonged exposure to water, store it away from direct sunlight and heat, and condition it occasionally with a quality leather conditioner. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth to clean. Avoid harsh detergents or chemical cleaners.

Why does my leather have small variations?
Natural variations in color, grain, and texture are inherent to genuine leather and reflect the character of each hide. These are not defects — they’re part of what makes each piece one of a kind.
